The facilitator will guide participants through exercises and techniques to enhance their ability to self- regulate through cognitive behavioral processes which will lead towards successful and positive outcomes in our daily interactions. Parents will be provided with strategies to assist their children in self-regulation including mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises. Facilitator will also assist parents in their personal navigation through the process of self-regulation as it relates to interactions with their children, school personnel, and community members.
