Training will officially begin in February 2023 and will be available Monday-Friday 3:30pm-8pm on days that school is in session. The program will typically be closed on days there is no school. During the summer, hours of operation will change. Please check the schedule for training availability.
We will release our schedules monthly on our website so parents and students know what the next month will look like ahead of time and can book sessions accordingly. Example: The schedule for February will be available by the end of January and booking can begin once the schedule is accessible.
We will limit participation to ten people per session. We highly recommend that athletes stick with one sport for at least a month before switching to another sport.
We recommend that students do a maximum of one skill training session, one strength or agility session, one recovery session, and one academic support session per day.
The student development program staff will individualize recommendations for each participant for the number of sessions they should be involved with weekly based on their skill level, experience, capacity for work and academic needs.
