Services Available

Strength and Conditioning Training:

Available to all students in 6th-12th grades

Any student that is interested in improving their strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and coordination can sign up for strength training sessions. You do not need any experience to sign up. Our trainers will make adjustments based on each student’s ability level.


Sport Specific Skill Training:

Available to all students in 6th-12th grades

Any student that is interested in improving their skills and knowledge in any of the sports listed below can sign up for training sessions. You do not need any experience or be on a team to sign up. Our trainers will make adjustments based on each student’s ability level.

Recovery Sessions:

Available to all students in 6th-12th grades

Recovery sessions are best utilized after training for the day has concluded or on an off day, and will allow students to use the Hyperice X, Hyperice Normatec, Hyperice Hip Normatec, massage guns, or go through stretching routines. These tools will help athletes to recover faster by reducing inflammation, improving circulation, increasing flexibility, and enhancing lymphatic drainage.
Athletes in-season can also book recovery sessions to aid in recovery if they schedule them around team practices and events.


Academic Support: 

Available to all students in 6th-12th grades

We will provide students with school specific connections and resources to help them excel academically, stay on course to graduation, and engage with credit recovery. We will also provide on-site academic support (tutoring, resources, and study time).

Any student under a 3.0 in any class must attend tutoring sessions. There will be optional session availability for any students that are above 3.0.


Meals and Snacks:

Available to all students in 6th-12th grades

When signing up for any type of session, there will be two boxes’ students can select. One is for a meal, and one is for a snack. If you would like one or both, please select the boxes. If you do not want either, please leave the boxes empty. The snacks and meals will vary.
