A reminder to all families that Wednesday, October 1st, is Count Day in the Lansing School District. State funding that supports classrooms, teachers, and programs is based on student attendance that day. Please ensure your child is present on Wednesday so we can continue to provide opportunities our students need and deserve.
If your child is unable to attend school October 1st, please contact their school to report the absence.
In an effort to make Lansing School District athletic events enjoyable and safer for all in attendance, ALL spectators must adhere to the following:
- Students in 9th-12th grade must attend the Lansing School District or the visiting school.
- All students in 9th-12th grade must have a current school ID.
- Students 8th grade and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- No re-admittance at any time.
- No admittance after halftime.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- No alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, or tobacco are allowed.
- No weapons are allowed on school property.
- Bags of any variety larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches are not allowed. This includes diaper bags, backpacks, and camera bags.
- Bags and purses may be inspected for security purposes.
Tickets to athletic events involving Eastern High School, J.W. Sexton High School, and Everett High School should be purchased online via GOFan. Please use the links below listed for each high school.
