Dapples & Designs (Artist Week)  |  x2 Half Day  |  Camp Code:  K2DD713


Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience at our dapple and design camp! Students will enjoy hands-on time with horses, painting and decorating them, dressing them up, leading them, and learning horsemanship skills, all while exploring fun arts and crafts. Join us for a unique blend of equine adventure and artistic expression.

Dates/Times:  July 13 & 14.  This camp will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.    

Costs:  This camp is FREE for currently enrolled Lansing School District students.  Transportation is NOT provided.

This camp blends academics with hands-on horse activities to help students build confidence before the upcoming school year. Created by teachers and aligned with grade-level standards, students will practice reading, writing, and reflection skills in a supportive setting. Horse activities will be incorporated to keep learning engaging, active, and enjoyable.

Dates/Times:  August 3, 4, 5, & 6.  This camp will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Math comes to life through movement, games, and hands-on horse experiences. This camp uses grade-level math concepts designed by educators to help students strengthen skills before entering the next school year. By incorporating horses and hands-on activities, students will learn math in a fun, meaningful, and interactive way.

Dates/Times:  August 10, 11, 12, & 13.  This camp will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

Costs:  This camp is FREE for currently enrolled Lansing School District students.  Transportation is NOT provided.

Students will be paired with a horse for the week and learn what it takes to care for them day-to-day. Participants will learn feeding, cleaning, grooming, and tacking while building a strong connection with their assigned horse. Through hands-on activities, students will gain confidence, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of horse care.

Dates/Times:  June 23, 24, & 25.  This camp will run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

  Equine Career Exploration  |  x3 Half Days  |  Camp Code: 68CE77


Students will explore the many careers that make up the equine industry an extensive field with endless opportunities. Students will meet and learn from professionals, including veterinarians, farriers, chiropractors, and others. Through interactive activities and demonstrations, students will get a hands-on look at what jobs entail and what a "day in the life" of each career is like.

Dates/Times:  July 7, 8, & 9.  This camp will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
