Technology Device Clinic - Hours & Location

If you are experiencing hardware issues with your device, visit us at the Hill Center during the following hours. Please make sure to bring both the device and charger. Park on the West side of the building along Wise Road and look for doors 43/44.

*If school has been canceled for a Snow Day, the Device Clinic will also be closed.

This is for both students and staff.

If you are experiencing issues with your device, please submit a Student Device Problem Report to our Technology Department.

You will need to fill out the form separately for each device you are experiencing problems with.

Staff that are experiencing issues with their technology can utilize the Onsite Tech Help during open hours or submit a ticket with the Technology Work Order Quick Request Form as normal.
