Printers can be purchased from CDWG in the PunchOut system in eFinance. 


If you are experiencing issues with your device, please submit a Student Device Problem Report to our Technology Department.

You will need to fill out the form separately for each device you are experiencing problems with.


Sign in for the first time

Your account is ready to go. Just sign in, register your account and you'll be up and running.

To connect:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 login page
  2. Use the following credentials to sign in:
  3. User ID:id@lansingschools.net (ID’s are the same as the CIMS or GW login ID’s, you must include the @lansingschools.net when signing in)
  4. Password: pass12345 (Password is pass + your 5-digit employee ID #)
  5. Click Sign in.
  6. Complete the account registration by verifying your account information. If you forget your password, this information will help verify your identity.

Change your password
A temporary password is created for you to sign in for the first time, but we recommend that you change this password as soon as possible.


'Focused Inbox' Settings

If you want to disable this feature you can do so in Office 365 OWA (Outlook Web App).
1. Login into Office 365 OWA.
2. Click the Settings Menu gear on the top right.
3. Mail->Layout, and choose the 'don't sort my messages' option. 


Dialing instructions

All telephones have a 755 prefix.

To dial:

In District : dial four digits (755 prefix not needed)
Locally : dial 9 + 7 digits
Toll-free numbers : dial 8 + 1 + 800, 866, 877, 888 + 7 digits
(700 and 900 numbers cannot be dialed from District telephones.)

Network long distance

In-state/out-of-state: dial 8 + 1 + area code + 7 digit number
Note: Not all phones have long distance calling activated.

Voicemail

By default most extensions are set up to deliver voicemail to the user's email account.  If for some reason you need to check voicemail remotely you can call 517-755-1111, enter your extension when prompted, and then you can navigate the menu as usual.  Voicemail menu instructions are listed below:
