Kindergarten, Young 5s, and Preschool Enrollment

Please provide the following documentation when enrolling:

• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Proof of Income (preschool only)
• Immunization Record

Applications can be started without all required documentation, families would need to provide the necessary information at a later date.
